ISSCC 2006 SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 6, 2006--Luxtera Inc., a fabless semiconductor company and the world leader in silicon photonics, announced today that it will present a paper at the International Solid State Circuit Conference (ISSCC 2006) describing the monolithic integration of photonic and electronic components operating at 10Gb/s in a production CMOS process.
The International Solid-State Circuits Conference is a global forum for presentation of advances in solid-state circuits and systems-on-a-chip. The conference constitutes a unique opportunity to present revolutionary products and technologies that will keep the industry on track with Moore's law.
