DisplaySearch US FPD Conference AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 22, 2005--DisplaySearch, an NPD Group Company and the worldwide leader in display market research and consulting, has announced the details of its first ever Display Executive Roundtable. The event will take place at the 8th Annual DisplaySearch US FPD Conference, scheduled to take place March 21 through 23, 2006, at the Loews Coronado Bay Resort in San Diego, California.
The top four large-area flat panel display (FPD) suppliers--Samsung, LG.Philips LCD (LPL), AUO and CMO--will participate. Other participants include Corning, the dominant supplier of glass substrates to the LCD industry, and Dell, the leading monitor brand and the world's largest customer for large-area LCDs. These top display industry executives will address the future of the display industry, its procurement environment, supply/demand outlook, latest trends and profitability outlook. The executives will also reflect on the conference session scheduled before the Roundtable, which will include an outlook for the worldwide FPD market as well as worldwide and regional examinations of the TV, desktop monitor, PC and mobile phone markets from DisplaySearch's expert analysts and other notable financial and industry analysts.
