The XR-4delivers superior image quality, offers a larger field of view, and high framerates for CT applications. Automatic exposure control in the XR-4 minimizespatient dosage, and delivers increased resolution and sensitivity.
In applications such as mammography, digital radiography is a vital toolin early cancer cell detection. Digital radiographic techniques go beyond justdetecting cancer cells. If a biopsy becomes necessary, digital radiography canhelp doctors to position biopsy needles properly through a process calledstereotactic imaging. The camera can assist with specimen radiography to testtissue specimens.

The XR-4 digital X-Ray camera is an innovative 16 mega pixel CCD camerafor high resolution radiography applications. The camera has a very largefield of view (150 x 150 mm) and can operate at 10 frames per second (4 x 4binning mode) using proprietary DALSA technology.
The XR-4's high spatial resolution, low noise and high sensitivity providebetter images than competing technologies. XR-4 is a reliable camera withconsistent performance over time; its robustness and durability maximizesreturn on investment.
