The ADCDS-1410 is designed for use in electronic imaging applications that employ CCDs as their photodetector. It delivers 14-bit resolution and a throughput rate of 10 megapixels per second. The ADCDS-1410 consumes 800 milliwatts of power and has a minimum signal-to-noise ratio of 73 decibels. The 40-pin TDIP package incorporates a user-configurable input amplifier, a correlated double sampler (CDS) and a sampling A/D converter. Other features include adjustable gain and offset, a precision +2.4-volt output reference circuit, an out-of-range detector and a programmable analog bandwidth function. Applications include spectroscopy, electronic cameras, medical diagnostic imaging, infrared imaging, high-quality graphic scanning and photo-CD image capture. C&D TECHNOLOGIES INC.
