Field proven for monitoring processes in a furnace to a temperature of 950°C the new optical system from Resolve Optics Ltd uniquely requires no cooling. The design will also only require air cooling for use in most applications at even higher temperatures. The specially designed prisms avoid the need and breakdown risk inherent in expensive cooling systems opening the door to non-invasively analysing high temperature processes including incineration, recycling, smelting, chemical manufacturing and operations inside furnaces. The high temperature optical system can be adapted to optimally operate at a variety of field of views and angles of view up to 90 degrees. Additionally the high temperature optical system can accommodate any length and diameter of endoscope enabling insitu microinspection within high temperature processes. Resolve Optics Ltd.
