Toshiba Teli America, Inc., introduces the CS8560D (1/3 –inch CCD) and the CS8570D (1/2 –inch CCD) with 60 frame-per-second (fps) speed, 640 x 480 (VGA) resolution, asynchronous restart/reset and partial scan read out. Applications include part presence, inspection, robotics and general machine vision tasks. The cameras measure 29 x 29 x 26.5mm. Other key features are: C-Mount, random trigger shutter (RTS), multiple shutter speeds, ¼ or ½ screen partial scan mode for faster read out rates and internal/external synchronization.
