One Stop Systems Introduces the First CompactPCI Express Dual Gigabit Ethernet Board

Reduces Latency and Increasing Throughput

The board features a native PCIExpress (PCIe) x4 -to-Ethernet controller, providing 10Gbs/sec throughput without the necessity of an external bridge, thus reducing latency and increasing throughput.

The MAX Express™ CompactPCI Express Ethernet board features the Intel™ 82571EB dual Gigabit Ethernet controller, which offers two fully integrated Gigabit Ethernet media access control (MAC) and physical layer (PHY) ports. The CPCIe Type 2 board provides a PCIe x 4 interface to the backplane and two RJ-45 ports on the front panel that allow standard 10/100/1000 Ethernet interfaces. The board may be configured in either a 3U or 6U form factor, offers hot swap compatibility, and is RoHS compliant.
