DVT POSTS RECORD 2ND QUARTER, JULY 2002 SALES

DVT Corporation has followed up its record sales in the second quarter of 2002 with the highest monthly bookings in the company's history in July. As previously announced, DVT also posted record sales in 2000, 2001 and the first quarter of 2002.

"Even though 2001 was a tough year for our industry, DVT exceeded the previous year's record sales," DVT Chairman and CEO Bob Steinke stated. "With 2002 sales running approximately 30% over last year's record rate, we are positioned to increase market share while continuing to strengthen our customer support network in North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia. In fact, over the past three months, we have opened new DVT offices in Sweden, China and the Pacific Northwest-with more to come later this year."
