FOCUS Enhancements Completes Videonics Buy

Veteran digital video hardware and software maker Videonics, Inc. (Campbell, CA) was acquired by FOCUS Enhancements, the maker of advanced video conversion ASICS for computing and television, on January 16 in a stock-or-stock transaction. Focus targets: merging of graphics and video for Web, presentations, conferencing, and gaming. Videonics stock ceased selling on NASDAQ.

at Edge Scientific, introduced itself to the public at the Cell
Biology and Neuoscience expos.
