Adimec Announces the Adimec-1620, a 2-megapixel Camera for Demanding Machine Vision Applications

Offers Superior Image Quality in Low Light Conditions

The Adimec-1620 is a 2-megapixel camera in either monochrome or color that offers superior image quality in low light conditions. Single tap or dual tap versions are available to provide the Adimec-1620 speeds up to 18 or 34 progressive images per second respectively. The state of the art design allows the high performance of the camera with low power consumption and a small form factor. The standard Camera Link interface allows for easy integration with current frame grabbers.

The optimized sensor combined with Adimec's proprietary electronics allow for imaging in systems that have low light levels. Small details in a large area can be detected with the 1600 x 1200 resolution and 7.4-micron pixels. The Adimec-1620 has very stable and accurate sensor mounting to ensure accurate and reproducible measurement results.

The Adimec-1620 cameras are the latest addition to the successful Adimec-1000 family of high resolution cameras. Adimec Phoenix, Ariz.
