The Fujitsu ScanSnap scanner comes standard with a 1-year depot limitedwarranty. Additionally, the Advance Exchange(TM) service offering, theFujitsu overnight replacement program, provides the customer a replacementscanner prior to shipment of any malfunctioned scanner back to Fujitsu. TheAdvance Exchange offering is available as an upgrade to the standard limitedwarranty for $59 covering 12 months from the date of purchase and $99 in thepost-warranty years when purchased at the time of the scanner purchase.
