Bookham VCSELs Portfolio Debuts at Photonics West 2007
Bookham now offers single and multimode VCSELs for a range of datacom, sensing and measurement markets, with its products being used in computer mice, optical encoders, datacom transceivers, atomic clocks, automotive illumination and gas sensing.
Bookham will be demonstrating its industry expertise in this sector, by co-authoring a presentation entitled "A TCAD approach to robust ESD design inoxide-confined VCSELs".
