Genesis(R) Microchip Inc. (Nasdaq:GNSS), a world leader in the development of image processing technologies for flat-panel monitors, TVs and other consumer display products, today announced that Westinghouse Digital Electronics, a leading consumer electronics company, has named Genesis as its primary supplier of video processing controllers for several models of its LCD TV and HD monitor product lines. The strategic relationship enables Westinghouse Digital to feature Genesis' award-winning image quality in the now available LTV-27w2 and LTV-32w1 LCD TVs, and the LVM-37w1 and LVM-42w2 1080p video monitors, as well as in several future models.
